I am a commercially driven General Manager and Growth Consultant with over two decades of experience scaling some of the world’s most recognised consumer brands—including SharkNinja, Dyson, BISSELL, and several emerging high‑growth businesses. My career has been built on a passion for helping great businesses grow, delivering results through sharp commercial strategy, strong P\&L leadership, and building high‑performing teams that thrive.
Having led commercial organisations across the UK, Europe, and global markets, I bring deep expertise in business model creation, international expansion, retailer and distributor partnerships, negotiation, and brand development. I have successfully launched and transformed brands across multiple categories, delivering significant revenue growth, market share gains, and sustainable business models.
